What documents should I bring to our first architectural meeting?

Bringing a photocopy of your Patta / Sale Deed and a rough plot measurement or layout sketch is very helpful. If you have any design photos or room count requirements (e.g. 3 BHK with master bedroom in Southwest), bring those along too!

Is your initial plot inspection and design discussion free?

Yes, 100% free! We visit your plot within 35 km of Thiruvallur or Western Chennai, review boundary dimensions, check road access for concrete transit mixers, and discuss Vastu orientations with zero consultation fees.
